  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged.
  • EVERYDAE Socks due to hygiene reasons 

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the original invoice and any additional documentation.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Exchange Policy:

  • We are happy to Exchange the item within 28 days due to you ordering the wrong size, changed your mind about the colour or style of clothing you want.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return of the item and ensure that you receive the correct item or a refund, as per your preference.
