Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!


FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3 - 5 business days using 48 hour tracked Royal Mail. Flat rate shipping fee of £3.29 applies to orders shipping to the UK.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping worldwide.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DAE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at daeclothingstore@gmail.com to request a return 
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the original invoice and any additional documentation.
  3. Ship the package to the following address: will be provided 

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Exchange Policy:

  • We are happy to Exchange the item due to you ordering the wrong size, changed your mind about the colour or style of clothing you want.
